A first meeting does not require the client to choose a country, clinic or program immediately. It is meant to clarify family structure, medical background, resource preferences, budget boundaries and post-birth goals.

A first meeting is not a sales close.

The meeting puts the client’s family structure, medical background, resource preferences, budget boundaries and post-birth goals on the same table. Clients do not need to choose a country, clinic or program in the first conversation.

If the project is not ready to launch, we will explain what information needs to be supplemented and which issues should be reviewed first. The goal is not pressure; it is clarity.

After the meeting, clients typically receive an initial country direction, a document checklist, legal-review points, budget boundaries and a next-step timeline.

What to prepare

Age and basic medical information, AMH / hormone / ultrasound / semen reports if available, previous IVF records, existing eggs or embryos, target country ideas, budget range, donor or carrier concerns, and post-birth document goals.

What may come out of the meeting

Initial country direction, medical-material request list, legal-review items, resource-coordination direction, cost boundary discussion and next-step timeline.
