Pre-launch review is not meant to make the project feel more complicated. It helps the client understand what must be confirmed before money, resources and time are committed.
Questions before launch
A project should be easier to start only after the boundaries are clearer.

Clarify boundaries before launch.
Legal and document questions
Which family structure is being planned? Which country is being considered? Who reviews donor files, carrier agreements, birth certificates, parentage documents, travel documents and exit arrangements?
Medical and resource questions
How are egg donors, sperm donors and gestational carriers screened? Which medical materials are needed? What happens if embryo results, transfer outcomes or pregnancy status changes?
Institutional coordination
Clients should confirm whether the institution only introduces hospitals, lawyers, donor resources and carrier coordination teams, or whether it builds a unified client-side project structure with document requirements, feedback points and change-management mechanisms.
Cost, insurance and exceptions
Which costs are included, which may change, what insurance may cover, what exclusions apply, what budget reserve is needed, and how are serious exceptions handled under contract, law and child-best-interest principles?
A first meeting is not a sales close.
The first conversation is used to clarify family structure, medical information, donor or carrier needs, budget boundaries and post-birth objectives before any country or program is recommended.
